Yes internal promotion is common at Truly. Many of our Head Nurses and senior coordinators started in entry-level roles. We have a clear progression framework and actively support CPD for every team member.
Yes. We support CPD, provide access to clinical mentors across the group, and run internal training programmes. We want our people to grow and we fund it.
We have open roles in Dublin, Bray, Citywest, Glasgow, Leeds, and Drogheda. Positions include Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, Surgical Nurse, and Front of House. New roles open regularly as we expand.
